The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Create a positive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Develop students\' speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in your specialist language.
- Inspire an appreciation of different cultures and languages through creative teaching.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support excellent outcomes for students.
- Uphold the school\'s values and maintain high professional standards at all times.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages at KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- The ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or the willingness to obtain one through Milk Education.
