Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated Metal Polisher to join one of their manufacturing client in Willenhall. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing metal components to achieve the highest standards of quality and surface smoothness. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, familiarity with fabrication processes, and experience working with various hand and power tools. Responsibilities * Utilize grinding, polishing, and buffing techniques to achieve desired surface finishes on metal parts * Operate hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment safely and efficiently * Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings to ensure accurate finishing * Assist with assembly and fabrication tasks as needed, including handling tooling and fixtures * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times * Conduct inspections of finished products for quality assurance, identifying any defects or inconsistencies * Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards * Use basic math skills for measurements, tolerances, and quality checks * Maintain proper documentation of work performed for traceability and quality control Qualifications * Proven experience in metal polishing, fabrication, or related manufacturing roles * Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, grinding wheels, and polishing equipment * Mechanical knowledge of metal properties and finishing techniques * Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity * Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management is desirable * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4pm + Friday 7:30am - 1pm (30min unpaid lunch) Permanent role after 12 weeks
