Domiciliary Care Assistant, based in South Oxfordshire. Covering the following areas - Didcot, Abingdon, Wallingford, Thame, Henley-on-Thames, Goring and the surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants who are passionate about what they do. We do not require any prior healthcare experience; however, we do require all candidates to have full Right to Work in the UK as we do not offer Health and Social Care Visas or Sponsorship. You must also have a Full UK Licence with access to your own vehicle.

You will be working as part of the reablement team, which is a person-centred approach designed to help individuals regain the skills necessary for independent living after an illness or injury. This requires adaptability, compassion, and a selfless approach to put others first, and this will include the following duties:

  • Supporting with Personal Care – showering, washing, toileting
  • Assisting with mobility around the house
  • Light household duties
  • Assisting with the administering of medication
  • Providing welfare checks and companionship
