It's all about outbound sales - prospecting, calling, emailing, and qualifying potential customers. It's well-suited to someone who's motivated by targets, can handle rejection, and likes seeing direct results from their efforts.
Who are they?
Our client is a cross-border payments and foreign exchange provider that supports businesses with card and digital payment solutions. They specialise in tailored currency hedging solutions that help corporates handle international transactions smoothly, from everyday payment processing to building payment systems that can scale across multiple regions as the business grows.
The role
- Making outbound calls and sending emails to prospective clients.
- Researching and targeting the right people within businesses.
- Starting conversations and explaining what they do in a clear, confident way.
- Qualifying interest and booking meetings with the wider sales team.
- Keeping notes and activity up to date in the CRM.
- Hitting daily and monthly outreach and meeting targets.
What's on offer
- £35k base salary - OTE £60k Y1, £90k Y2 and £120k + Y3.
- Development and feedback sessions 3 x per week with senior partners.
- Full-time in office, which is based in Canary Wharf.
