A leading proprietary crypto trading firm is looking to hire an Arbitrage Trader to join their growing trading team. This role sits at the intersection of trading, execution, and quantitative research, with a focus on identifying and capturing arbitrage opportunities across crypto markets.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and execute arbitrage strategies (e.g. funding, basis, cross-exchange) across crypto markets
- Actively manage risk in real time, monitoring positions, exposure, and market conditions
- Conduct post-trade analysis to optimise execution, improve performance, and refine strategies
- Work closely with engineers/researchers to build and deploy systematic trading strategies
- Contribute to execution logic, pricing, and strategy development
What we’re looking for:
- 1–5 years’ experience in quantitative / systematic / crypto trading
- Proven ability to manage risk in live trading environments
- Strong academic background from a top university (quantitative discipline preferred)
- Experience with post-trade analysis, TCA, or strategy monetisation
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship production code for trading strategies (Python, Rust, C++, etc.)
- Strong interest in crypto markets and market structure
- Work in a high-performance, trading-first environment
- Direct impact on PnL and strategy development
