As a Partnerships Intern at Aircall, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Partnerships team, supporting initiatives that help us grow our network of partners and optimize existing relationships. You'll gain hands-on experience with channel and integration partner acquisition and management, business development, partner marketing, and relationship management, while also developing skills in data management. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Aircall by playing a critical part in our partner acquisition and management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Partner Acquisition: Assist in identifying and acquiring new partners, including in Nordic markets. Tailor outreach efforts to meet qualified partner meeting targets—helping to build meaningful, long-term relationships. Learn how to craft and execute personalized outreach that resonates with potential partners.
  • Partner Management: Support the team with the execution of actions derived from Partner Account Manager (PAM) business reviews. Help track progress and ensure follow-through on key initiatives. Be actively involved in partner management. Manage and track performance of Nordic Channel partners.
  • Data Management: Help ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of Salesforce fields for our key partners. Update and verify crucial partner data to facilitate smooth partner management processes.
  • Partner Marketing: Assist in tracking and measuring partner marketing campaigns. Work closely with the marketing team to gather data, analyze results, and report on campaign performance. Provide recommendations for optimizing future partner campaigns based on performance metrics. Accelerate Nordic language rollout and create partner facing material.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Interest in partnerships, sales, or business development is a big advantage.
