Role & Responsibilities:
- Requirement analysis and impact analysis of the changes
- Provide estimates for the changes
- Document the technical design document
- Make the necessary code changes and maintain the code in the version control tool used by the client as per coding standard
- Carry out unit testing of the deliverables
- Preparing and conducting handover of changes to Production Support
- Carry out bug fixes where necessary
- Support for live deployment and post go-live warranty
Required Technical Skills:
- Primary - Java8, Spring, IBatis, JUnit, JavaScript, JQuery, JibX, Webservices
- Database - Oracle, SQL, PLSQL
- Managing Tools - GIT, Jira
Required Soft Skills:
- The candidate must be client facing
- The candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines
- The candidate must be able to write well-structured source code and comment it appropriately
