Hours: 18.75 hours per week
Salary: £26,689.16 per annum pro rata
Based at: Rhyl, Denbighshire
Role Purpose: The Denbighshire Collaborative delivers a new, holistic, housing related support project designed to support people living in Denbighshire to sustain their accommodation and prevent homelessness. The support provided will be flexible and person-centred, supporting people to maintain sustainable housing by addressing any mental health, substance use or any other problems they may face, helping to improve their health and well-being.
