We are currently recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our Sales and Installation team, based at our Chatham branch. The Role As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning a wide range of air conditioning units across a very wide variety of sites. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will make sure all equipment is installed to the customer's specification, to the highest possible quality and level of service. This is a mobile role. You will travel to client sites around Chatham and further afield throughout the UK, working with commercial and industrial customers in sectors such as retail, manufacturing and food production. What We're Looking For Solid working knowledge as an air conditioning installation engineer Proven experience installing and commissioning equipment for commercial and industrial clients Refrigerant handling C&G 2079 or equivalent Excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills Outstanding customer service, with the ability to explain technical jargon in plain language A full, valid UK driving licence Willingness to complete an advanced DBS check with barred lists check, as many of our customers are schools and hospitals What We Offer A generous basic wage plus overtime Excellent training at our bespoke, City and Guilds accredited training centre, which trained 117 engineers last year Courses covering service and maintenance, commissioning, brazing, refrigeration, water chillers and more Training that is constantly reviewed and developed to keep you up to date with current technology Varied work across a wide range of customer sites Benefits 25 days' holiday per annum, plus bank holidays, increasing with service Pension scheme Ongoing training and development opportunities Next Steps If you're ready to join our team, simply click apply and complete the short application process.
