You'll take ownership of the company's sample department, ensuring customer samples are prepared, dispatched and tracked efficiently while supporting the wider sales and operations teams.
What you'll be doing
Preparing, labelling and dispatching customer samples accurately and on time.
Booking courier collections and monitoring deliveries.
Processing sample requests using the company's ERP system.
Maintaining accurate sample records and providing updates to the sales team.
Coordinating stock movements between warehouse locations.
Preparing product samples for customer requests, exhibitions and marketing activities.
Keeping the sample warehouse organised and well maintained.
Carrying out routine stock movements and weekly safety checks.
Providing administration support to the Sales Administration and Operations teams.
What we're looking for
Previous administration, logistics, warehouse coordination Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
A proactive, positive and flexible approach.
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Enjoys a varied role combining office administration with practical tasks.
Forklift Truck licence would be beneficial, although full training and certification will be provided if required.
