Industrial Recruitment Manager

Acorn by Synergie is looking for a driven and commercially minded Industrial Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our industrial recruitment offering across South Wales.
You'll be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
Drive new business development across the industrial sector within your region.
Represent the business at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients.
Maintain expert knowledge of the industrial sector, including key players, legislation, and best practice.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, client requirements, and legislation.
Maximise use of recruitment systems and database tools.
Proven experience in industrial temporary recruitment.
Proven ability to win new business and grow key accounts.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Commercially aware with strong understanding of KPIs and financial performance.
Full, valid driving licence.
Minimum 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays), increasing with service - plus your birthday off and a You Day!
