Location: Nationwide (Community, Home Online)

Hourly Rate: Β£30 – Β£40

Contract Type: Self-employed / Contractual basis

Hours: Flexible – arranged around your availability | Term-time only

Working closely with schools, local authorities, and families, we provide flexible, learner-centred support that helps young people re-engage, rebuild confidence, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

We are looking for qualified and licensed Thrive Practitioners to join us on a contractual basis to carry out Thrive assessments for learners across our Alternative Provision placements. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your expertise to shape the emotional wellbeing and development of children and young people with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA needs.

About the Role:

  • Complete initial and termly Thrive assessments to identify each learner's social and emotional developmental stage.
  • Plot progress across areas such as emotional regulation, resilience, self-esteem, and relationships.
  • Produce clear, action-focused reports and recommended strategies to guide.

Your tasks

Conduct Thrive assessments and support young people's emotional wellbeing.

Your profile

Qualified Thrive Practitioner with experience in supporting SEND and SEMH needs.
