Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operation at ibis. This hands-on role is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar and breakfast service, ensuring excellent guest experiences, high service standards and strong financial performance. You will lead, train and motivate the team, manage costs and stock, drive sales opportunities, maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety standards, and work closely with the wider hotel management team to deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have previous Food & Beverage management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work hours required by the business.
