At Access, you'll have the space to influence how revenue enablement works across the group and see the impact of your work clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Set the global approach to revenue enablement, shaping how we support sales teams across regions through clear frameworks, programmes and tools.
  • Lead the evolution of our sales methodology, including MEDDPICC (a structured sales qualification framework), making sure it's easy to understand and consistently applied.
  • Own our core sales programmes, such as self-prospecting and pipeline progression, improving how teams build and move opportunities.
  • Use data and insight to measure impact, improve programmes and show how enablement supports revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and delivering sales enablement or go‑to‑market programmes in global organisations.
  • Experience using sales technology and learning platforms, including applying artificial intelligence to personalise learning.
  • Experience leading enablement teams or working with regional enablement partners.
  • A strong understanding of sales performance measures and how to link enablement activity to business outcomes.
