Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday, some flexibility to suit personal circumstances.

About Us: Accept Recruitment is an established recruitment agency based in Leicestershire, with additional offices in Coventry and Tamworth, specialising in connecting top Engineering and Industrial talent with leading manufacturing and technical businesses. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Consultant to join our expanding Engineering and Technical team.
The Role: As a Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our team by sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates across the engineering sector. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment within a fast-paced, rewarding industry. We are open to both 180 and 360 Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of engineering talent
- Managing candidate databases and ensuring accurate records
- Supporting consultants with job postings and candidate shortlisting
- Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, target-driven attitude
- Previous resourcing/recruitment experience preferred but not essential
- Interest in or knowledge of the engineering sector is a plus
