Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client based in Coalville, LE67. As a Factory Operative, you will be part of a skilled team in our Timber Frame Factory, producing engineered roof trusses for housebuilding in line with production schedules.

Job Details:

  • PM Shift: Monday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:30, Friday 14:00 - 20:00
  • Pay Rate: PM Shift £14.19
  • Overtime (over 37.5h): £19.53 to £21.29
  • Sunday Rate: £26.04 to £28.38

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing timber frame panels according to production schedules.
  • Operating on a semi-automated manufacturing line, handling materials from cutting to finished product.
  • Cutting materials, inserting insulation, stapling, and fitting lifting straps.
  • Using hand and power tools (nail gun, drill, hammer, tape measure).
  • Assembling wooden frames following technical drawings.
  • Performing quality checks on finished products.
  • Wrapping and preparing products for transportation.
  • Rotating across different workstations.
