The Role – Internal Account Manager:
As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers. This is a proactive, commercially focused role centred on account development, customer retention, and long‑term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Reignite dormant accounts and identify new revenue opportunities
- Upsell and cross‑sell within established client relationships
