Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products to detailed specifications.
- Constantly monitor output to ensure that it is of the standard required, rejecting any that does not meet the standard.
- Test components and products to ensure that they meet all requirements.
- Identify and resolve any technical problems arising in the assembly of components and products working with your line manager.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workspace and ensure a clean readily workable area ready for production the following day.
- Follow the Works Order Process for the manufacture of goods.
Technical Skills
- Prepared to undergo training, as necessary.
- Electrical or mechanical qualification is an advantage.
- Understanding of WOP (training will be available).
