  • Prepare and process equipment for jobs in line with operational requirements.
  • Support stock control, inventory management, and equipment tracking.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with Health & Safety standards.
  • Assist with wider warehouse operations, including loading and unloading equipment where required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in theatrical rigging and lifting equipment, including electric motors.
  • LEAA qualification or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience leading, motivating and mentoring a small team.
  • Knowledge of LOLER, PUWER, and inspection compliance.
  • Clear written and spoken English for record keeping and communication.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and working in an active warehouse environment.
  • Positive, organised and team focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in theatrical rigging and lifting equipment inspection is essential.
  • Good knowledge of LOLER regulations and inspection procedures.
  • LEE qualification or relevant industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and practical maintenance skills.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to record keeping.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Positive team player with strong communication skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving rigging equipment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Blackburn during the transition period before relocating to Hertford.
