Warehouse Operative in Bartley Green

About the Role 365 People, a recruitment agency based in Oldbury, is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in Bartley Green (Birmingham). Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is a varied, hands-on role offering an even split between driving and warehouse duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of working on the road and being part of a busy warehouse team. Key Responsibilities * Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently. * Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch. * Assisting with goods-in and goods-out operations. * Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse. * Completing delivery paperwork accurately. * Following all health and safety procedures. * Candidates must be presentable, approachable and polite as this is a customer facing role. * Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will have: * A full, valid, Clean UK driving licence * Previous warehouse experience * Good communication and organisational skills. * A reliable, flexible and hardworking attitude. * The ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good attention to detail and a safety-conscious approach. What's on Offer? * £12.71 per hour. * Full-time, Monday to Friday working hours 7.30am starts. * Temp to Perm opportunity. * A varied role combining driving and warehouse duties. * The opportunity to secure a long-term position with a growing business. * Immediate start available for the right candidate.
