About 3 Cousins Agency
3 Cousins Agency is an influencer marketing and creator talent agency representing some of the UK's fastest growing content creators. Founded in January 2025 by three cousins, we aim to build a talent agency centred around trust and transparency, always aiming to underpromise and overdeliver. We have built a stacked roster of talented creators, working with some of the world's biggest brands across a wide range of sectors, including Dior, National Geographic, Waitrose and Nando's. We care deeply about our creators and work hard to build genuine relationships with our brand and agency clients.
The creator economy moves quickly, but we believe trust, honesty and hard work never go out of style. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for somebody who shares those values and wants to help us build the next chapter of 3 Cousins Agency.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join 3 Cousins Agency at an exciting stage of growth. As our first employee & Talent Manager, you’ll work directly with the founders, build your own roster and play a key role in shaping the future of our talent division. You’ll have significant autonomy & responsibility from day one, with the opportunity to progress as the business continues to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and managing your own roster of creators, from outreach and signing through to long term management.
- Developing content strategies alongside your creators to help them grow & monetise their platforms.
- Proactively securing deals through outreach and inbound enquiries.
- Building relationships with influencer marketing agencies, PR agencies and brands.
- Negotiating campaign fees, contracts, usage rights and exclusivity on behalf of your creators.
- Managing campaigns from brief through to content delivery, approvals and payment.
- Managing each creator’s inbox, ensuring everything is responded to within 24 hours.
- Creating media kits, rate cards, proposals and other commercial materials for your creators.
- Exploring opportunities beyond traditional brand partnerships, including podcasts, events, speaking engagements, product launches, books and other creator ventures.
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities.
- Working closely with the founders to improve systems, processes and help shape the future of the agency.
The Reality
This is not a role where you’ll spend most of your time attending events or hanging out with creators. A large portion of the role involves outreach, sales, relationship building, admin, organisation and problem solving. You’ll need to be comfortable with repetition, persistence and ownership. Building a successful creator roster takes time. The people who thrive in this role are the ones who enjoy the process as much as the outcome.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in sales and negotiation.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Genuine interest in creators, social media and influencer marketing.
- Professional, level headed and solutions focused.
- Able to work across multiple workflows at once whilst consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive - somebody who asks great questions, challenges assumptions and wants to understand the 'why' behind what they do.
- A people person who enjoys building meaningful relationships, hearing people’s stories and learning from others.
Experience
We’re looking for someone with 1-3 years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing, PR, social media marketing, creator partnerships or a closely related field.
What You’ll Get
- Uncapped commission.
- Flexible working hours with core hours of 10am-4pm.
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Hybrid working with a work from anywhere policy on Fridays.
- Laptop provided.
- Private pension scheme.
- Company card for client meetings and networking.
- Direct access to the founders.
- Hands on training and mentorship.
- Significant progression opportunities as the company grows.
- Weekly Work.Life socials, including complimentary pizza and drinks every Thursday.
