3 Cousins Agency is an influencer marketing and creator talent agency representing some of the UK’s fastest growing content creators. Founded in January 2025 by three cousins after a dinner with no plans beyond good food and far too many tequilas, what started as a family dinner quickly became a shared mission: to build a talent agency centred around trust and transparency, always aiming to underpromise and overdeliver. In just over a year, the company has built a stacked roster of talented creators, working with some of the world’s biggest brands across a wide range of sectors, including Dior, National Geographic, Waitrose and Nando’s.
