About 3 Cousins Agency
3 Cousins Agency is an influencer marketing and creator talent agency that was founded in January 2025 by three cousins who went out for dinner with no plans beyond good food and far too many tequilas. What started as a family dinner quickly became a shared mission: to build a talent agency centred around trust and transparency, always aiming to underpromise and overdeliver. In just over a year, we've built a stacked roster of talented creators, working with some of the world's biggest brands across a wide range of sectors, including Dior, National Geographic, Waitrose and Nando's. We're a small team that believes in doing things properly. We care deeply about our creators and work hard to build genuine relationships with our brand and agency clients. The creator economy moves quickly, but we believe trust, honesty and hard work never go out of style. As we continue to grow, we're looking for somebody who shares those values and wants to help us build the next chapter of 3 Cousins Agency.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join 3 Cousins Agency at an exciting stage of growth. As our first employee and Talent Coordinator, you'll work directly alongside the founders, supporting our existing creators and campaigns while learning every aspect of talent management and the creator industry. As you develop, you'll gradually begin building and managing your own roster of creators, with plenty of support and guidance along the way. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and ultimately develop into a brilliant Talent Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
- Learning the ins and outs of talent management by working directly alongside and shadowing the founders across outreach, negotiations, day to day campaigns & general creator management.
- Assisting with brand outreach, relationship building and identifying new commercial opportunities for our creators.
- Learning how to manage campaigns from initial enquiry through to content going live.
- Reading and reviewing contracts alongside the founders to understand how commercial deals are negotiated and structured.
- Researching and identifying exciting new creators, proactively talent scouting creators you genuinely believe in.
- Over time, gradually signing and managing your own roster with ongoing support and guidance.
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities to build your knowledge and relationships.
- Working closely with the founders to improve systems, processes and help shape the future of the agency.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in sales and negotiation.
- Self motivated and proactive.
- Genuine interest in creators, social media and influencer marketing.
- Professional, level headed and solutions focused.
- Able to work across multiple workflows at once whilst consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Naturally curious and inquisitive - somebody who asks great questions, challenges assumptions and wants to understand the 'why' behind what they do.
- A people person who enjoys building meaningful relationships, hearing people's stories and learning from others.
- A natural eye for talent, with strong instincts for spotting exciting creators and an ability to build rapport quickly and get people excited about working together.
Experience
No previous experience in talent management is required. We're looking for a graduate who is excited to build a long-term career in talent management and grow with the business. We welcome applications from graduates of any degree discipline. More than anything, we're looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm for the creator economy.
What You'll Get
- Flexible working hours with core hours of 10am–4pm. Common hours are 9am–5:30pm, but whether you prefer 8:30am–5pm or 10am–6:30pm, we trust people to manage their time responsibly!
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional paid leave during our Christmas and New Year office closure.
- Hybrid working with a work-from-anywhere policy on Fridays.
- Laptop provided.
- Direct access to the founders, with hands-on training and mentorship from day one.
- Experience working with established creators and exciting global brands from the very start.
- Support to gradually build and manage your own roster of creators, learning how to do it the 3 Cousins way.
- Significant progression opportunities as the company and your roster grow.
- Weekly Work.Life socials, including complimentary pizza and drinks every Thursday.
