Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the planning, delivery and successful completion of multiple projects.
- Managing project budgets, timelines, resources and risk management activities.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders and project teams.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and progress reports.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, issues and potential delays.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing internal and external resources.
- Monitoring project performance and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Managing change control processes and ensuring effective project governance.
- Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities for future work.
- Mentoring and supporting junior project management team members where applicable.
- Driving continuous improvement and sharing best practices across project teams.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation through to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, programmes and resources.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Commercial awareness with a results-driven approach.
