14forty is seeking a Soft Services Assistant Manager to support the delivery of facilities services at our Sand Hutton, York site. This hands-on role covers catering, security, reception, cleaning, porterage, logistics and events to ensure colleagues, visitors and customers experience exceptional service every day.
You will work with the Facilities Manager, lead frontline teams, monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, manage contractors, and deputise when required.
