Working Pattern: Predominantly Monday to Friday but will be required in evenings and weekends to review service and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the end‑to‑end catering operation, including food quality, service standards, and financial performance.
- Recruit, train, lead, and inspire a high‑performing team who take pride in what they do.
- Control food and labour costs, manage waste, and protect margins through smart, data‑driven decisions.
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and customers, delivering a service that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies at all times.
- Champion quality, consistency, and innovation across the kitchen and wider catering offer.
- Previous experience in a Chef Manager role, with a solid understanding of operational leadership.
