We’re on the hunt for a strategic powerhouse to join our senior leadership team as Key Accounts Director . This isn’t your average role, we’re talking about a fast-paced, ever-evolving portfolio where big picture vision meets day-to-day detail and operational brilliance.
What You’ll Be Owning:
  • Oversight of multi-site delivery across a TFM portfolio ensuring we don’t just meet client expectations, we blow them out of the water.
  • Build and nurture strong client and stakeholder relationships, becoming the go-to partner for innovative, collaborative, can-do solutions.
  • Drive business growth and performance like a rocket ship. You’ll know when to pivot, when to push, and when to parachute in and make those critical interventions.
  • Lead your talented squad of Managers with confidence, coaching, developing, and elevating them to new heights.
  • Hold the P&L in a vice grip. Smart, agile, and with a radar always on for risk and opportunity.
  • Partner with our People Business Partner to execute a people strategy, focused on engagement, development, succession, and making this a place where talent sticks.
  • Ensure rock-solid consistency and exceptional service delivery across every service stream and site.
  • Work as a critical voice at the leadership table, influencing strategy, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering shared wins.

  • A hands-on visionary, you can zoom out to set strategy, and zoom in when excellence is on the line.
