Contract Manager — Location: National (home location near Sheffield). Contract Sites: Blackpool, York, Pontefract, Gateshead and Wallingford with occasional travel to sites in Ballymount and Broomhill in Ireland. Contract may grow with more sites in UK and Ireland.
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) plus Company Car/Allowance

Your Role
- Act as the single point of accountability for contract delivery and client relationship management.
- Ensure effective delivery of cleaning, security, catering, vending, and 3rd party providers
- Lead the contract’s P&L, drive cost efficiencies, and achieve key financial targets.
- Develop, motivate, and direct site teams to deliver consistently high standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance contract performance and secure long-term value.
- Maintain a safe, compliant environment, championing health, safety, and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in Soft FM delivery with proven success at contract/account management level.
- Solid commercial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience managing complex, multi-site operations with a focus on service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building senior-level client relationships.
- Inspirational leader, skilled in engaging and developing teams.
- Proactive problem solver with a keen eye for efficiency and value creation.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across multiple sites.
Desirable
- Experience leading change or transformation initiatives.
- Recognised FM or leadership qualifications (e.g. IOSH, IWFM, ILM).
