Sub Chef - Weekdays only! Compass Group UK & Ireland Head Office in Birmingham is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join the 14forty team. You’ll work Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6am to 3pm, supporting the Head Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You’ll help develop menus, mentor junior chefs, and ensure top food quality and safety across services, from grab-and-go to plated dishes, in a newly refurbished restaurant at the head office.
