14forty, in Birmingham, is seeking a Sous Chef for weekdays at Rednal. Shifts 6am–3pm, Monday to Friday, with a competitive rate up to £15.24 per hour depending on experience. You will support the Head Chef and lead by example in a fast-paced kitchen.
You’ll contribute to menu development, mentor junior staff, and ensure high standards of hygiene and portion control across breakfast and lunch service at the head office restaurant.
