Hourly Rate: 40 hours per week, £14.37 per hour

Purpose of the role

We are seeking an organised and detail‑focused Security Compliance Administrator to support the effective delivery of our security operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring full compliance with screening, licensing, payroll accuracy and audit standards across our deployed workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer end‑to‑end BS7858 screening for all security personnel, ensuring accurate and compliant records are maintained
  • Maintain 100% SIA licence compliance, including proactive monitoring of renewals and support with licence applications
  • Process and validate payroll inputs accurately and to deadline, resolving or escalating discrepancies as required
  • Support workforce and security systems (e.g. Timegate, TrackTik), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation aligned to ACS, ISO 9001 and NSI Gold standards, including version control and review tracking
  • Support internal and external audits through effective evidence collation
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, Compliance, Procurement and third‑party vendors to support operational delivery

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Strong administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of BS7858 screening and SIA licensing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desirable

  • Experience in a security, compliance or regulated environment
  • Experience using Timegate, TrackTik or similar workforce systems
