Administrator

Location: Head Office in Rubery, Birmingham with flexibility for work from home up to 2 days a week.

Annual Salary: £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client review packs, KPI statistics, and quarterly performance reports with trend analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Maintain personnel files (P files).
  • Support internal and external meetings, including minute taking and document management.
  • Manage IT service requests and the reward & recognition voucher scheme (in line with HMRC and Compass processes).
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the management team.
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and support with contract variations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high standards of accuracy in all reporting.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, account teams, and central departments.
  • Handle queries and calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Place and manage orders in line with agreed budgets and procurement processes.
  • Administer and manage systems on behalf of remote workers, ensuring smooth access and functionality.

About You

  • Previous facilities management experience
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Strong IT skills – in particular Excel & Powerpoint
  • Strong leadership and operational skills
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
