Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team in their Birmingham City Centre office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling contract disputes, shareholder conflicts, and professional negligence claims, alongside other high value commercial disputes. Key Responsibilities: Counsel clients on legal strategies, associated risks, and potential outcomes, ensuring effective and transparent communication. Advocate for clients in court and alternative dispute resolution environments, preparing all necessary case materials to represent their interests. Draft and assess legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, expert reports, and settlement agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
