The Role: Quality Manager
This isn’t your average Quality Manager role. We’re looking for someone who can take the reins and lead the charge in maintaining and improving quality standards across the board. You’ll be the go-to person for all things quality-related, from internal audits to making sure every product that leaves the factory is up to scratch.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping an eagle eye on quality standards, ensuring they meet the highest certifications such as ISO 9001.
Leading internal audits, making sure everything is running smoothly and by the book.
Overseeing inspections of manufactured products – if something’s not right, you’ll spot it.
Collaborating with suppliers and customers to keep quality at the forefront.
Making sure everything complies with the latest regulations (think PFAS, 3TG, REACH) and ensuring the factory is a safe and efficient place to work.
Keeping training records up to date and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Managing key reviews and keeping the quality management system ticking over nicely.About You:
You’ve got a solid background in engineering and production management – you know your stuff.
NEBOSH? Tick. You’re qualified and ready to ensure compliance and safety.
You’re well-versed in factory regulations (PUWER, COSHH, etc.) and can navigate the compliance minefield with ease.
You’re all about continuous improvement and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.Bonus Points If:
You’ve dabbled in ISO 14001 and have an eye on ESG credentials.
You’ve got some experience in reducing carbon footprints and know your way around environmental measures.What’s in It for You?
