Are you a skilled leader in quality and health & safety management? We’re looking for a QEHS Manager to oversee critical operations in a high-precision manufacturing environment based in Altrincham. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape quality standards and drive continuous improvement within a leading company in an exciting and ever evolving industry. What’s on offer? * Up to £55,000 per year (d.o.e) * Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays) * 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate) * Pension contribution scheme * Sick pay * Opportunities for development What will you be doing as a Quality Manager? * Managing ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100 Revision D standards * Leading the quality control team and ensuring compliance with EH&S regulations * Overseeing quality processes across manufacturing, from goods-in to final product release * Training and mentoring staff to ensure quality standards are met * Conducting internal and external audits to ensure ISO compliance * Collaborating with technical, production, and commercial teams to optimise processes * Reporting quality metrics to senior management and identifying areas for improvement * Ensuring all products meet customer specifications and conducting root cause analysis for quality issues What do you need? * Proven experience in a quality and health & safety management role, ideally in aerospace or manufacturing * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Ability to drive continuous improvement and lead a team to meet industry standards * NEBOSH or IOSH qualification (desirable) This is an excellent opportunity to lead quality and safety standards in a well-established manufacturing company.
