Location: Kenilworth, CV8 2TQ
Salary: £12.40 per hour
Working Pattern: 35 Hours, Monday to Friday, 7am until 2:30pm
Driving Licence and access to a vehicle required due to location of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to the highest standard, following spec and using quality, seasonal ingredients.
- Work efficiently during service while maintaining attention to detail, consistency, and pace.
- Uphold impeccable food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards - always kitchen proud.
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and seamless delivery across all service periods.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent (basically, your culinary passport).
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude with a generous pinch of team spirit and a hunger to learn.
- Know your way around a kitchen — from service flow to stock control — and keep things running smoother than a velvety hollandaise.
- Have solid experience in a similar Chef role.
- Have a sixth sense for food quality, presentation, and hygiene — you don’t just plate it, you plate it pretty.
- Are genuinely passionate about sharpening your culinary skills in a supportive, high-standards kitchen.
- Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (because safety is always in season).
- Can stay cool as a cucumber with a flexible approach to shifts and schedules.
