Your Role:
As a Neighbourhood Officer, you’ll be managing a small patch of (Apply online only) general needs properties in Cardiff.
- Support tenants with financial advice and referrals to maximise income.
- Oversee tenancy management, lettings, and property maintenance.
- Work closely with external partners to create sustainable tenancies.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and any issues are resolved promptly.
The Important Bits:
- Pay Rate: 18.30 per hour (PAYE), or 20.96 per hour including holiday pay.
- Contract Length: 2-3+ months, starting ASAP.
- Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday with flexible working arrangements.
- Location: Agile working with 3 days per week based in the office or community (Cardiff).
