We are working with a Global law firm in London to find a new Enterprise Risk Manager. Within this role, you will help support the internal risk frameworks within the firm, improving processes and managing strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a keen commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the compliance landscape. Significant comparable experience within a law firm is essential, meanwhile, those with experience with risk management frameworks and processes
are encouraged to apply. Moreover, a strong knowledge of risk assessment tools and approaches would be an advantage.
Some responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a new enterprise risk management framework
- Monitor potential risks across the firm
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to integrate risk management practices
- Spearhead risk mitigation strategies
- Identify improvement opportunities for internal processes
- Assist with the preparation of risk assessments
- Review and audit the new Framework once established
- Liaise with external professionals on matters relative to enterprise risk management
- Identify and report risks affecting the firm to senior management
