Codex are working with a Global Transformation Partner to secure an Oracle Cloud Financials Lead to design and implement Finance solutions within the Oracle Cloud ERP ecosystem. This role focuses on modules such as Payables, Receivables, GL, Accounting Hub, Revenue Management, and Fixed Assets, with a focus on the Financial Services industry. The first project has already been chosen with a Fortune 100 company in the FS space. The business is headquartered in the US and their UK operations are growing, making it a great time to join an international organisation whilst playing a part in its growth.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations and ensure alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Analyse finance processes, gather business requirements, and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Configure ERP modules (GL, AR, AP, PO, FA, GCOA, Rev-Rec, FAH), and ensure solution integrity from design through implementation.
- Facilitate functional design sessions and integrate inputs across regions and business units.
- Support testing phases by creating test cases, managing test execution, and resolving issues.
- Align internal policies and procedures with system processes post-implementation.
- Report project status, manage issues, and follow established project methodology.
Job qualifications:
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience, including 3+ years with Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Financial services industry experience required (insurance, banking, asset management).
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Financial modules and financial operations.
- Involvement in 3+ ERP implementations, with at least one Oracle Cloud and one Accounting Hub project.
- Strong integration experience with financial systems and third-party applications.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, system testing, and end-user training.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
