I am partnering with a leading organisation in Liverpool to find an Experienced People/ Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the business with key HR functions, including providing expert procedural advice during investigations, leading on employee relations cases, and delivering essential HR training. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to strategic HR projects and provide detailed personnel data analysis to inform senior leadership decisions. The main purpose of this People Advisor role is to provide day to day HR support to select stakeholders within the business and to take the lead in the development and management of an agreed area.
