They aim to create thriving communities alongside building homes About the opportunity: We are seeking an individual to perform the following: * Report to the site manager to assist on the management of the site. * Ensure the project adheres to the schedule and complies with health and safety regulations. * Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance. * Manage and motivate the site team and subcontractors. * Monitor the quality of workmanship to ensure it meets the project specifications and standards. * Conduct weekly progress and health and safety meetings. * Maintain detailed records. About the benefits and rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry.
