My client is seeking an experienced Project Lead to support European Business Operations by providing Project Leadership as part of the Supply Chain & Technical Operations Team. This is a hybrid role requiring European travel when required. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership & support during new product introductions, evaluation of new business opportunities and when investigating/resolving challenges in the manufacturing/supply chain for new & existing products Leadership & support of a range of Supply Chain & Technical Projects & initiatives to support the European Business Operations, including: Evaluation of scope, resource requirements, budget, business case & schedules for project & initiatives, Establishing & leading cross-functional project teams comprising internal & external subject matter experts Development and monitoring detailed project plans, highlighting critical paths, key milestones & external dependencies Providing direction & management to ensure that projects are consistently delivered on time and within budget Project sponsors & stakeholders management – development of a consistent & concise approach to reporting updates at all levels within the organisation Leading supply chain & technical work streams to support the registration & commercialisation of new product & territory launches Designing & Implementing systems & methodologies to ensure an efficient, consistent & transparent approach to projects. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related discipline 5+ years of Project Management/Leadership experience in an equivalent senior role within the Pharma Industry Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical development, licensing & commercialisation process, including GxP Compliance, Regularly Affairs, Supply Chain/External Manufacturing & Distribution Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certifications are desirable but not essential
