We're currently recruiting a dedicated temporary Facilities Assistant (Soft Services) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full time, temporary basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facilities management with the wider facilities team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • General cleaning duties on site, including but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing toilets, general areas, emptying bins, buffing/scrub floors, vacuuming of offices, common areas and canteen facilities.
  • Catering support as and when required (no experience required, training will be provided) supporting till duties and food serving.
  • Restock and clean hot beverages and snack vending machines.
  • Ensure any deliveries of cleaning supplies are received and stored away.
  • Support the site supervisor as and when required.
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness; ensuring chemical cleaning products are handled and stored safely; keeping work tools tidy and in order.
