We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Part-Qualified Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance function by providing insightful financial analysis, assisting in month end, variance analysis and contributing to the overall financial strategy of the company., * Financial Analysis:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements.

Support in the preparation of financial models and forecasts to aid in decision-making.

Reporting:

Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Contribute to the development and improvement of internal financial reporting processes and systems.

Business Partnering:
-
Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support in managing their budgets.

Offer insights and recommendations to non-finance managers to help them make informed financial decisions.

Compliance and Controls:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors as required.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement within the finance function and contribute to the implementation of solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s financial processes remain efficient and effective.

Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

Experience:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within a similar industry or environment.

Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex financial models and analyse large datasets.

Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is an advantage.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
