The Role: You will optimise processes, plan resource allocation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while empowering teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time. This senior leadership role focuses on data-driven decisions, release governance, and collaboration across teams, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency. You will own and drive the internal delivery processes, releases and workflow platform (Jira). You will be leading a dynamic team of 40 talented individuals during an exciting period of expansion. Strategic Alignment:Align operational plans with company objectives, facilitating resource planning and forecasting. Data-Driven Decisions:Use analytics to track team performance, optimize workflows, and improve processes. Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a cross-functional team in the UK and Chennai, promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Knowledge Management:Manage operational documentation and ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams. Requirements: Extensive experience in operational management or product operations ideally within technology, content, or digital environments Expertise in Agile methodologies, workflow management, and Jira. Proven ability to drive process improvements and make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership and cross-functional team management experience.
