Are you able to line manage other Business Administrators in the team as well as support senior management organising diaries and taking minutes for various meetings?
The role will also involve a varied working day supporting colleagues, ensuring best working practices, drafting reports, maintaining spreadsheets, being responsible for payment cards and monitoring budgets, support the raising of purchase orders to ensure invoices are paid and support with our business continuity plans. You will be required to visit sites across East Sussex (Hastings, Eastbourne, Newhaven & Uckfield) to support the management/admin team.

We are looking for candidates who have:
- Organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong ICT skills to be able to accurately minute take and use excel
- Analytical skills to support with project work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Providing a robust induction joining the mental health service
- Hold regular monthly supervision to discuss your workload and development plans
- Offer various paid training courses to help you to continue to develop
