the role. A 9-12 month opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a small team who really care about their clients and always go that extra mile. You will principally work one-to-one with an experienced and specialist family lawyer, providing her with secretarial and administrative support to enable her to work effectively and efficiently. Key duties include: Preparing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation to a very high standard of accuracy. Answering calls, taking messages, and helping visitors in person. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments. File management. why you should apply. This is a full time role, fully officed based for the first 2 months, then hybrid thereafter. As this is a maternity cover the role is likely to last 9 12 months, or of course, may become permanent depending on the current employee's decisions what were looking for. You will need a professional, polite, and enthusiastic approach. Ideally you will have 3 years legal secretarial and audio typing experience. You will be highly organised and have the ability to multitask and competent within Microsoft Office packages.
