Customer Service Advisor LOCATION: Office Based, Darlington, DL1 4XW PAY RATE: £13.07 per hour HOURS: Full time 4 on, 4 off basis, 37.5 hours per week between between 7:15am – 8pm A fantastic opportunity has become available within one of the UKs top service providers, EE. KEY SKILLS * Knowledge of EE products, services, tariffs, processes and business rules * Computer literacy and previous use of contact centre technology * Excellent communication skills * Specialist knowledge in specific areas such as technical, billing, contract, processes preferred. * Negotiations skills for dispute resolution NICE TO HAVE HOWEVER NOT ESSENTIAL * Experience within business customer operations. * Experience of customer service in a contact centre environment * A good understanding of the enabling infrastructure (systems, people and processes) essential to business customer operations.
