Experience of working in a residential home for children is advantageous, although not essential. Please bear in mind this role is shift work and requires you to work sleep ins at the home at the end of a shift before handing over to another staff team the following day, the rolling rota covers evenings, weekends, bank holidays/public holidays shared amongst the staff team., * Desirable: QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare/Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People’s Workforce (not essential, Hexagon will pay for the new level 4 Diploma if required)
