Hexagon Group are excited to be recruiting a Senior Building Manager to manage a luxury, mixed-use,120,000sqft that is due to PC at the end of 2024. You will be working for a top tier real estate company who boasts a prestigious portfolio of properties across the UK., As the Senior Building Manager, you will join at a pivotal time for the property and hold an influential role in the mobilisation, and then oversee the snagging & defects period. Within this role, you will have the support from an Assistant Building Manager and 2 Building Hosts., * Management of the occupiers fit-out process, and ensuring a smooth transition

  • Responsible for the day to day operational management of the property, responding to any tenants’ issues in a prompt fashion.

  • Responsible for the property’s health & safety, ensuring the tenants follow the procedures closely and all statutory compliance us up to date and logged correctly.

  • Supporting with the production and management of the service charge budget

  • Leading on tenant engagement activities and launching events within the communal areas.

  • Management of both hard & soft service contracts, which includes M&E, cleaning, security, and pest control.

We are keen to speak with experienced Building Managers who have several years’ experience managing a multi-tenanted commercial asset of a notable size. You will be experienced in dealing with multi-million-pound service charge budgets, hold strong knowledge of statutory compliance / health & safety, and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of M&E equipment.

Our client is keen to speak with team players, who have an engaging personality and a passion for the property management sector. Ideally you will hold an IOSH or NEBOSH Certificate, or another industry recognised qualification.
